Our connecting community programs aim to help you learn what’s happening in the community.

We help link you with services, connect you with your community, assist you join in with events or programs, at a pace and a way that suits you.

  • CALLS – Weekly ‘Check In’ call to have a chat and say a friendly hello.

  • CAFÉ – The connecting community café is a place to have a cuppa and enjoy the company of others. You will get to join in with volunteers and members of the community for a chat. You will also have the opportunity to learn about other groups, services and activities available locally.

  • CARERS – Support and information to help you in your role as a carer.

    Join our carers connecting – support group, for carers who want to connect, learn and support each other.

    Join us for a cuppa and a chat to connect into supports locally available to you!

  • CONNECTORS – Find out what services are available in Wangaratta.

    Help completing paperwork, understanding ‘My Age Care’, carer supports or NDIS.

    Learn about community organisations or activities.

    Understanding concessions and rebate and learn about financial support programs.
