Come along to one of our FREECommunity Health Checks.
We will have visiting services available for a chat and basic health and wellbeing check.
There will be the opportunity to discuss concerns, connect in with services, have a cuppa and a chat.
Chat about things like My Age Care, Age Care and Carer Services, learn about what is in the community to assist. Workers will be available to have a chat about things that may be worrying you (family issues, financial stress, social isolation, depression and anxiety, carer stress).
